Thomas Group, Inc. is an international, publicly-traded professional services firm specializing in operational improvements. Thomas Group's unique brand of process improvement and performance management services enable businesses to enhance operations, improve productivity and quality, reduce costs, generate cash and
drive higher profitability.

TGIS has strong financials, but took a hit the last quarter after their business from the goverment dropped 31% compared to last year. In addition, two large contracts with the Navy ended in March and April.

After having it's stock drop, the Thomas Group has started to implement their plan to rebuild the business. With their financial resources they have the ability to execute a plan at a pace that will enable long-term success.

TGIS has a clean balance sheet to grow their business from with cash and cash equivalents of $14.45 million. Cash flow has also increased strong the last three quarters. TGIS is trading at a market cap of only around $25.54 million.
